The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, CNIC number, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. luk333 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain current contact details on your Account.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. luk333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify luk333 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, luk333 may require Players to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or when activity on an Account triggers a review. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on luk333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luk333 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.
Deposits are credited to your luk333 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. luk333 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be investigated. luk333 reserves the right to freeze Account balances, delay withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
luk333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Bonuses page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account carry wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, Bonus Funds are not withdrawable.
luk333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering strategies designed to minimise risk during fulfilment of wagering requirements (including but not limited to equal-staking on opposing outcomes); and coordinated play with other accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance cancelled, and luk333 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any winnings generated through abusive bonus activity.
Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used or do not have their associated wagering requirements met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice.

luk333 reserves the right to apply maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits. Where a Player's winnings in any single session or from any single bet exceed luk333's published maximum payout limits, luk333 will honour payment up to the applicable maximum and the remainder will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luk333 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method following completion of verification.
